Suzanne Wohlthat has been advising on board and executive remuneration matters for over a decade. While most of her career has been spent with Guerdon Associates, Suzanne started her remuneration and governance journey with another independent remuneration consultant and she later joined the executive remuneration team for ASX-listed insurer IAG. Before embarking on her career in consulting, Suzanne worked within the technology media industry.

Suzanne’s background within a regulated insurer and working in the technology media industry has led to a specialisation in financial services and technology companies, although she consults across all industries.
Suzanne completed a Bachelor in Aeronautical (Space) Engineering at the University of Sydney, undertaking her bachelor thesis at Stockholm’s Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan. Subsequently she completed a Masters in Sales Engineering at the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.
