Oscar has over 15 years’ experience advising companies on all aspects of remuneration and governance including incentive design, performance measurement, benchmarking, and stakeholder management. He has a professional background in equity compensation and valuation consulting, beginning his career at PwC in Sweden before moving to Australia and joining Guerdon Associates in 2018.
