Olga’s engagements include advising Compensation Committees on Board and executive compensation issues, developing compensation and governance strategies that support organizational strategy and drive long-term value creation to a company and its shareholders, (re)designing incentive plans also as a result of mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Olga holds a Master of Finance and Capital Markets from University of Zurich and of Linguistics from Kyiv State University of Foreign Languages.
