Ntombizone is passionate about positioning 21st Century to influence policy decisions by proposing technically sound, fiscally responsible, and legally compliant strategies, while navigating the complexities of various sectoral requirements.
She also previously served as the Manager for Niche Reward Projects at 21st Century, and managed a wide variety of reward and benefits surveys and projects across several industries in the Private Sector.
