Michael Robinson has consulted to several of the world’s largest companies on board effectiveness, human capital, and executive remuneration matters in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific for over 35 years. He is a co-founder and board director of the GECN Group’s Australian and New Zealand firm, Guerdon Associates. 

Prior to this, Michael was US regional practice leader and a worldwide partner of Mercer Consulting Group.  In Australia he established and led Asian and Australian regional human capital and reward practices for major global consulting firms, including Mercer and Hewitt.

Michael has worked across most industries during his career, with the last two decades tending to focus on financial services, technology, resources, and industrials.

Education

Michael has graduate and two post graduate degrees in psychology, and an MBA from the University of Melbourne.
