Martin has more than 38 years experience advising on executive and board remuneration, governance, equity and incentive structures as well as their tax and accounting implications. His also experience includes board evaluations and effectiveness reviews. He joined Guerdon Associates in 2016 following his retirement from KPMG in 2016 having established that firm’s Reward Practice.

Martin has graduate qualifications in business and accounting, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a graduate of the Company Directors Course, is a Chartered Tax Adviser and is a Registered Tax Agent.
