Following a distinguished career of over 20 years with global firms such as Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson, and Mercer, he founded ERX Consulting in 2022 to establish a reference in Corporate Governance and Executive Compensation. He is a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, and CHROs across Latin America, and leverages his extensive background in organizational design, executive compensation and corporate governance to solve critical business challenges related to strategy alignment, organizational efficiency and business transformation.

Marco works across a wide range of sectors and organizations, ranging from large publicly traded corporations and family-owned companies to private equity and venture capital-invested companies.
Marco has served as Chairman of the People and Governance Committee at Grupo Casas Bahia (BHIA3) and currently sits in the Remuneration Committee at Banco ABC (ABCB4).
Marco holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and specializations on Business Administration, Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance and Corporate Governance. He is a certified instructor in People Management at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).
