How can and is HR ready to keep pace with digital change?

As digitization touches more areas of a company’s business, today’s HR function faces a critical choice, argued Senior Partner, Gabe Shawn Varges at recent HCM Breakfast Presentations in Zurich and Geneva: “Either HR can resist, watch, or be an active part of the transformation”.
