Many of our engagements come directly from Boards of Directors. In the compensation (remuneration) area, for example, this means we work closely with the Compensation Committee and its Chair, as well as with other senior management and the heads of HR and Rewards. In other areas, we work with the Board Chairman, other Board Committees, the CEO, and the heads of key corporate functions.

Governance

How a company designs and operates its corporate governance architecture directly impacts its ability to implement its business strategy, manage its risks, and design and execute its compensation system. The GECN Group supports companies on governance strategy, implementation, assessment, and shareholder engagement, including dealing effectively with shareholders and proxy advisors. We work as independent advisors to boards, conduct board performance assessments, and otherwise help boards enhance their ability to carry out their oversight responsibilities.
